No Breed Restrictions.  Only One Pet from the following Breeds Permitted: Pit Bulls/Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Wolf Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Cane Corsos are Not Allowed

Additionally, Rodents (Including Ferrets) are Not Allowed

  • What are your office hours?

    Mon – Fri: 9:30am – 5:30pm
    Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
    Closed on Sunday.
  • What is the required security deposit?

    The security deposit will range from $750 to a full month’s rent, depending upon approval status.
  • What does the Application Deposit Cover?

    The Application Deposit is a non-refundable fee that reserves your apartment during the application process. It will convert into a Restoration Fee which covers a basic cleaning at move out.
  • Do you allow pets?

    We are a pet-friendly property and we charge a one-time pet fee of $300 for one pet and $450 for two pets. There is $25 monthly pet rent per pet and we also offer a leash-free “Bark Park” where your furry friends can play all day.
  • Which utilities are included?

    Harbor Village residents pay for water/sewer and electric based on usage. Trash removal is a flat fee of $13/month. The apartments are all electric so there is no gas bill. Residents will also pay cable/internet/phone services separately.
  • Who provides telephone, internet, and cable?

    Comcast is the provider of cable, Internet, and telephone services in this area. Satellite television is an option for select apartment homes, which have the necessary view for signal to be acquired. Installation restrictions and renter's insurance requirements do apply to satellite subscribers.
  • What school district are you in?

    We are in the Henrico County School District:

  • How many parking spaces does each resident receive?

    Parking stickers are given to residents to place on their back windows of their vehicles. We have separate reserved spots for Guest Parking and also offer temporary parking passes to residents that need them.
  • How far are you from public transportation?

    We are located a quarter of a mile from Broad Street, off of Tuckernuck Drive. Public transportation offers a bus stop at the corner of Broad and Tuckernuck.
  • What amenities does Harbor Village offer?

    We have a business center and fitness center, both open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the convenience of our residents. We also have a swimming pool, playground, tennis court, a large community deck overlooking a pond, and bark park onsite. We also offer monthly community events for our residents.
